What happens to your details.
Short version: if you use the contact form, I use what you send to reply to you, and for nothing else. The rest of this page is the detail.
What I collect
From the contact form: your first and last name, your email and your message, plus your mobile, your company and what you're interested in if you choose to add them.
From visits to the site: usage data from Google Analytics, such as the pages you open, the device you use and roughly where you are. It shows me how the site is used as a whole, and I can't see who you are from it. It only runs if you accept analytics cookies.
Why I collect it
To reply to you and keep track of our conversation. The analytics show me which pages people read and where they came from, so I can make the site more useful.
Who else handles it
Wix hosts this site and stores the messages sent through the form. Google runs reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person filled in the form, and Google Analytics. Wix is based in Israel and Google in the United States, so your details may be stored outside Australia. You can read the Wix privacy policy and the Google privacy policy.
Nobody else gets your details, and I don't sell them.
Cookies
The site needs a few cookies to work. Analytics cookies are optional: the banner on your first visit lets you accept them or keep essential cookies only. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
How long I keep it
I keep your message for as long as we're in touch. Ask me and I'll delete it.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your details
Email me at larissa@larivar.com and tell me what you'd like to see, correct or delete. I'll take care of it and confirm by email.
